Emailing us is the most effective way to get queries about your order or potential orders answered. We are exploring the possibility of telephone support in the future but this is not currently available.
Having trouble logging in?
Our Alpha Shop website moved to a brand-new ecommerce platform on Monday 4th July 2022. All users need to re-register with Alpha Shop before making a purchase – all login details and accounts prior to Monday 4th July 2022 will not work. To do this please complete the New User Registration Form which can be found here: Alpha Shop Registration.
Your Alpha Shop account login/registration is separate from any other My Alpha login you may have. If you try to use your My Alpha login details, they will not work.
If you’ve forgotten your new Alpha Shop password, you can reset it by clicking this link: Forgotten Password? Due to our change of ecommerce platform, passwords prior to Monday 4th July 2022 cannot be recovered; all users need to re-register and create a new Alpha Shop account at Alpha Shop Registration.
When will my order be delivered?
All UK orders are delivered within 7 working days: orders are dispatched within 2 working days and delivered within 5 days thereafter (normally sooner). International shipping timescales vary; in the checkout process we will let you know how long each delivery option may take.

The online Alpha Shop is operated and managed and run by Windsor Media Ltd on behalf of Alpha International. All support tickets and order fulfilment is managed by Windsor Media, as well as your personal data and account logins being held by them, so if you have any feedback about the service you’ve received or your specific order please raise a support ticket by emailing [email protected].
