Michael Lloyd is the Principal of Wycliffe Hall in Oxford. He wrote his doctoral thesis on the problem of evil – giving him the infamous name among his students, Dr Evil. Michael studied theology at Durham University, as part of his ordination training at Cranmer Hall. He did his doctoral work at Worcester College Oxford, under Professor Paul Fiddes. He has taught theology at Cambridge and Oxford Universities, and he contributes to the GodPod, a theological podcast.
