Postage and Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible.
If your order is urgent, you can upgrade the delivery speed and choose a faster turnaround in the checkout process.
UK
Postage:
Most small orders are sent via a 48-hour delivery service, and you can choose to upgrade this to a 24-hour tracked delivery service.
Most large orders are sent via a 24-hour tracked delivery service as standard, and the higher standard postage rates reflect this.
All postage costs are calculated in the checkout process, so you can see and choose the delivery speed and cost before you pay.
Dispatch:
In stock items such as books and merch are dispatched within 1-2 working days.
Customised invitations, posters and banners are dispatched within 3 working days.
NEW Express service:
For orders placed before 11.30am, you can choose a faster turnaround in the checkout.
- For ‘in stock’ items (e.g. most books and merch) choosing the express service means we'll dispatch your items on the same day you order.
- For invites and posters, choosing the express service means we'll print and dispatch your items the next working day.
- Unfortunately, the express service is not available for banners.

Standard postage rates apply to mainland UK, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man.
Our express service is also available to these areas, but additional delivery time may be required by the carrier.
International
We post orders internationally, including to the USA, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, and Australia. See the full list of countries here.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on order size and weight. No express service is available for international shipping.
Some countries have their own Alpha store for domestic shipping and local-language products. Find out more here.
