You can return most products (excluding personalised items) within 30 days of purchase if they are in a re-saleable condition. After 30 days, we won't be able to accept the items and no refund can be given.
To return an item or order, please contact us on 0333 038 2379 or by emailing shop@alpha.org to let us know what items you wish to return. We would be happy to discuss any solutions to resolve your issue.
Items should be posted to: Yeomans Press Ltd, c/o Alpha Shop, Unit 12, Branbridges Industrial Estate, East Peckham, Tonbridge, TN12 5HF, UK. You must include your original order number, name and contact details within the package so a refund can be given.
If returning products because they are damaged or faulty, we will usually ask you to provide a receipt for the postage cost you paid to return the items, so that we can refund your return postage cost. If you are returning products as they are no longer wanted or were ordered by mistake, the postage cost is your responsibility and we won't be able to refund it. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be responsible for non-delivery of returned items.
Please note that DVDs and USBs can only be returned if they are unopened and in any original packaging.

Cancelling an order
To ask any questions about cancelling an order please contact us on 0333 038 2379 or by emailing shop@alpha.org and let us know your order number.
You may be able to cancel your order up until the point of dispatch (or printing if personalised items). Once cancelled, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email within a few minutes.
If your order has already been printed and/or dispatched, you will not be able to cancel the order but you may be able to return any non-personalised items. View the information above for more details about returns.
