Postage and delivery
All orders are dispatched within 2 working days
We charge a flat rate of £3.99 for orders in the UK. You can purchase as much or as little as you wish, and this will be the charge. All UK orders are delivered within 7 working days: orders are dispatched within 2 working days and delivered within 5 days thereafter (normally sooner).
International shipping timescales vary; in the checkout process we will let you know how long each delivery option may take.
We can post orders internationally, e.g. to USA, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Australia, etc. – see the full list of countries here. Please:

2. Add the items you want to your basket
3. Enter your address in the checkout process, and if international shipping is automatically available, the cost and delivery service(s) possible will be shown. If postage shows as £2.00 this is incorrect, and once you have placed the order we will be in touch with you directly to confirm the full postage cost for your destination prior to despatch. If your country isn't available by default, please email us at [email protected] and we’ll send you a quote for the cost of shipping the items in your basket.
Alternatively, a number of countries also have their own Alpha store which ship domestically and stock products in their own language – find out more here.
You can return most products (excluding personalised items) within 30 days of purchase if they are in a re-saleable condition. After 30 days, we won't be able to accept the items and no refund can be given.
To return an item or order, please raise a support ticket by emailing [email protected] to let us know what items you wish to return. We would be happy to discuss any solutions to resolve your issue.
Items should be posted to: Alpha Shop, 2 Sovereign Way, Tonbridge, Kent, TN9 1RH, UK. You must include your original order number, name and contact details within the package so a refund can be given.
If returning products because they are damaged or faulty, we will usually supply you with a postage-paid ‘label’ so that you do not incur any postage costs. If you are returning products as they are no longer wanted or were ordered by mistake, the postage cost is your responsibility and we won’t be able to refund it. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be responsible for non-delivery of returned items.
Please note that DVDs can only be returned if they are unopened and in any original plastic packaging.
If you have any issues with your printed materials, please raise a support ticket by emailing [email protected] to let us know the issue. Please note that refunds cannot be given for errors made when you typed in the text for your personalised products.
Cancelling an order
To ask any questions about cancelling an order please raise a support ticket by emailing [email protected] and include your order number.
You may be able to cancel your order up until the point of dispatch (or printing if personalised items). You can log in to your account to view the status of your ordere. Once cancelled, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email within a few minutes.
If your order has already been printed and/or dispatched, you will not be able to cancel the order but you may be able to return any non-personalised items. View the information above for more details about returns.
